adsmedia.site is a landing page creation service for small businesses (SMEs) with a pay-per-page pricing model. We provide a tool to create AI-assisted promotional web pages through the following steps: enter your business profile link → data extraction → Q&A about your needs → page generation → publication.
- Published pages are publicly accessible through the URL we provide.
- Additional services such as custom domain setup may incur separate fees.
- We may add, change, or discontinue certain features at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account & Use
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including business name, contacts, and other data.
- You may only use the service for lawful purposes that do not violate applicable laws.
- Using the service for illegal content, fraud, spam, pornography, hate speech, or infringement of third-party intellectual property rights is prohibited.
- We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate the service if misuse is found, with or without notice.
4. Payment & Billing
- Payment is made in advance before a page is published, through the payment methods we provide (including our partner payment channels).
- Service pricing is listed on the order page and may change from time to time; changes do not apply to already-paid orders.
- Proven billing errors on our side will be corrected, and overpayments refunded within 14 working days.
- Refund policy is governed separately by the Refund Policy.
5. Generated Content
Landing pages generated by our system are a combination of the data you provide and AI model output. Therefore:
- You remain responsible for ensuring the content displayed on your page is accurate and not misleading to consumers.
- We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of AI-generated text, facts, or claims; you must review the content before publication.
- Rights to the business data you submit remain yours. We only process it to deliver the service.
- Third-party photos and assets used remain subject to their respective licenses.
6. User Obligations
- Ensure you are authorized to use the business data, photos, logos, and trademarks you upload.
- Keep your access confidential and do not share it with others.
- Monitor your page content regularly and report anomalies promptly.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service infrastructure.
7. Service Availability
We strive to keep the service available at the availability levels described in the Service Level Agreement (SLA). However, the service may experience downtime for scheduled maintenance or causes beyond our control (force majeure).
8. Limitation of Liability
- The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or business profits.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the last 3 (three) months.
- We are not liable for the content of pages you publish or its impact on third parties.
- These terms do not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Termination of Access
We may terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms, with or without notice. Paid published pages will not be removed without a valid reason; however, we may deactivate pages proven to violate the law or third-party rights.
10. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
